SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
Most items are prepared and shipped within 1 - 5 business days. Some items such as Wooden Dog Beds and custom orders may take longer. Please get in touch if you would like a more accurate processing time.
Estimated shipping times
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. The majority of orders will arrive next day but please allow 1 - 3 business days for delivery.
International Orders are shipped using International Tracked and Signed. Delivery times depend on the country.

Buyers are responsible for any charges that occur. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
RETURN POLICY
I will happily accept returns if you are not fully happy with your purchase.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return with 21 days of delivery.
Please keep your proof of postage receipt as refunds are processed upon me receiving your return.
Personalised orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty, and non-personalised items must be returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging.
Faulty Items
All Two Dogs & Co items are made by hand and checked for faults before being dispatched. However, if you have any problems with your purchase, please get in touch.​
